Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the raa888 platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Each player may hold only one raa888 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to exploit promotions or bonus funds in bad faith will result in bonus cancellation.
Collusion, cheating, use of bots, or exploiting software errors is forbidden. raa888 reserves the right to void affected bets or close accounts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which raa888 is licensed. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the raa888 Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that no applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
2.2 raa888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the age requirement, your account will be suspended pending verification, and any withdrawals will be withheld until verification is complete.
2.3 You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by raa888 or any recognised gaming authority at the time of registration or subsequent use of the Platform.
2.4 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access raa888. raa888 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction beyond those in which it is formally licensed to operate.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) raa888 account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund of Bonus Funds.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. raa888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify raa888 immediately at [email protected].
3.4 raa888 may, at its discretion, require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated period may be suspended.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the raa888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). raa888 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.
4.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. raa888 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your raa888 account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. raa888 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.
4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by raa888 Customer Support. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.
4.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the raa888 account cashier section and may be updated from time to time. raa888 reserves the right to apply additional limits to accounts flagged for unusual activity.
4.6 Only real-money Funds are withdrawable. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn and do not carry a cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
5.1 raa888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. The terms applicable to each individual promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds — will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Funds. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
5.3 raa888 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion is being abused, exploited, or accessed by ineligible players.
5.4 Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or who have used any other method to abuse the raa888 promotional system, will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.
6.1 All games available on the raa888 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and sportsbook markets — operate under their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface or product section.
6.2 In the event of a dispute between the game result displayed in the game interface and the result recorded in raa888's server logs, the server-side record shall prevail.
6.3 raa888's random number generators (RNGs) and live casino feeds are independently certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Certification records are available upon request.
6.4 If a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure causes a game round to be interrupted, raa888 will attempt to restore the affected session and credit or void the affected wager in accordance with the applicable game provider's error resolution policy.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the raa888 Platform:
8.1 raa888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is detected or suspected; (b) the account is subject to a fraud investigation; (c) the account holder fails to complete required KYC verification; or (d) raa888 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
8.2 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, raa888 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money Funds not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method following investigation.
8.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the raa888 Responsible Gaming policy.

11.1 The raa888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. raa888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raa888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of Funds resulting from technical failure, third-party payment processor error, or force majeure events.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits raa888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your use of the raa888 Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at raa888.app/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy describes how raa888 collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data in connection with your account and use of the Platform. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
13.1 raa888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address associated with their raa888 account, and the updated Terms will be published at raa888.app/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.
13.2 Your continued use of the raa888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which raa888 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process in accordance with the terms of raa888's operating licence.
